達泰集團（泰國）公司，成立于1989年，創立人毛庭安先生。現任集團董事長。並任泰國中華縂商會會董、泰國工商總會副會長、泰國前副總理功 塔帕蘭詩的顧問。達泰集團下屬：達泰國際貿易、達泰海運空運、達泰水產、鑫龍旅遊、達泰國際會展中心等分支機構。並在中國、中國香港、日本、澳大利亞設有分公司或辦事機構。

The founder Mr. Tingan Mao, holds the position of Group Chairman of the Board, and the Director of Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce, the Deputy Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the Consultant of the former Deputy Prime Minister Mr.Korn Dabbaransi. as well. Datai Group have the following branches: Datai International Trade, Datai Shipping and Cargo, Datai Aquatic Product, Korenai Travel, Datai International Exhibition Center(Bangkok), . 　　達泰國際貿易：從事各項國際貿易十多年。對各項進出口手續非常熟悉。特別是在中國--泰國閒的進出口貿易具有豐富的經驗和渠道。另外達泰集團在世界各地設有分公司和辦事機構。使得自身擁有龐大的信息咨詢網絡。近來，由於2003年10月1日起，泰中自由貿易開始起步。其中水果蔬菜188項農產品開始零關稅貿易。在泰國農業部，商業部，泰國投資促進委員會（BOI）、泰國海關、泰國商檢部門以及中國大使館經濟商務処的大力支持下。達泰集團与泰國最大的農產品交易物流中心-泰國達拉泰集團積極合作，建立泰中水果蔬菜貿易信息中心。投入大量人力物力財力在水果蔬菜貿易中。漸漸已在泰國成爲中泰零關稅水果蔬菜貿易橋梁。
　　Datai International Trade has been dealing with all kinds of international trade for more than ten years. It is up on all the procedures of imports and exports, especially it gains rich experiences and channels in doing China-Thailand imports and exports trades. Moreover, Datai Group set up subsidiary companies and offices in every place of the world, which enables it to own the huge information consultation network.
Recently, Thai-Chinese free trade started developing from October 1st 2003. In which Fruits and vegetable 188 farm produces realized nil tariff trade. Being supported by Thai Agriculture Department, Commercial Department, Office of the Board of Investment(BOI), Thai Custom, Thai Business Inspection Department, and Chinese Embassy Economy Business Affair, Datai Group have actively cooperated with the biggest Thai Farm Produce Bargaining Center-Thai Agro Exchange Co.,LTD Group, and established Thai-Chinese Fruit and Vegetable Trade Information Center. The Group has contributed a great deal of manpower, material sources, and financial ability into fruit and vegetable trade, and gradually become the bridge of Thai-Chinese nil tariff trade in Thailand.

　　達泰空運海運：主營空運和海運以及進出口報關業務，是多家國際航空及海運公司的代理。多年來的經營已具備豐富的應驗。
　　Datai Shipping and Cargo: mainly deals in air ferry, ocean shipping and the operation of imports and exports' application to customs. It is the agency of many international air ferry and ocean shipping companies. It has gained rich experience through many years' operation.

　　達泰水產：長期以來進行國際水產貿易。特別長期從事泰中間的水產品進出口貿易。

　　達泰國際展覽中心：2002年与2003年。達泰國際展覽中心与中國貿易促進委員會合作，于泰國曼谷舉辦了第一屆和第二屆"中國商品博覽會 "，獲得巨大成功。2004年第三屆"中國商品博覽會 "正在積極籌備中。同時作爲數個泰國專業展覽會的中國招商代理。組織中國企業赴泰參展，得到社會一致好評。曾多次被中國大使館商務処和泰國中華縂商會推薦。
