history, Holley Group is a privately owned incorporation, with
total assets of RMB 6.0 billion and staff of around 8,000, Holley
is a trans-regional, multi-industry and export-oriented enterprise,
holding 5 publicly listed companies (4 domestic ones and 1 NASDAQ).
The company's businesses cover metrological instruments, power
equipments, information technology, biopharmaceuticals and real
estate. We have manufacture bases in Hangzhou, Chongqing, Kunming,
Guangzhou, Beijing, Shenyang and Hainan, research institutions
in U.S.A. and Canada and oversea manufacturing plants in Thailand,
Argentina and Bangladesh. The turn over of Holley Group is over
RMB6.75 billion The comprehensive economic indicator of electricity
meters, Holley's core business, has been listed as the first
in China, and "Holley" brand is titled as the "TOP
BRAND" by Chinese Government, which enables the company
to be the biggest electricity meter manufacturer worldwide.

During its more than 30 years of development, Holley's mission

为了实现上述目标，经过一年多的可行性的评估，华立集团选择泰国为第一家海外投资的全资子公司，在2000年8月，华立集团投资60万美金，正式成立了华立集团电气（泰国）有限公司。
In order to accomplish
the said goals, after evaluating on the feasibility and implement
of the project more than one year, Holley Group selected "The
Amazing Thailand" as its first overseas manufacturing plant.
In Aug. 2000, Holley Group invested USD600,000.00 to establish
Holley Group Electric (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
该公司坐落于曼谷市内，厂区总面积7000平方米，建筑面积1500平方米，员工50多人，公司生产车间和调校车间的布局是按照国际标准设计的，具有调温，防尘的功能。现有生产流水线一套，配置有全电子式调检设备10台，以及各种耐压试验台，常检台等电气试验设备。工厂的生产检验都是由计算机控制进行。公司的产品获得泰国当地的检检测合格，在2000年12月，公司通过了ISO9002质量保证体系美国贝尔公司的认证审核，全部产品通过泰国工业标准化委员会毛高1030－2537标准的审核。在2001年2月份又获得AJA认证公司颁发的ISO9002证书。
Holley Group Electric
(Thailand) Co., Ltd. is situated in Bangkok of Thailand. The
total area of factory is 7000 square meters, the building area
amounts to over 1500 square meters and possesses 50 employees.
The production workshop and calibration workshop were designed
according to the international standard so that the workshops
have the functions of dustproof and temperature control. The
company was equipped not only a advanced production line, 10
sets of computerized calibration benches, but also constant
checking benches, insulation bench, peak voltage test device.
All the procedures and calibrations are under the accurately
controlled by computer. The products passed all the items of
the test institutions. In December 2000, the company got the
certificate of BQR ISO9002 and TIS 1030-2537. In Feb. 2001,
we also got the certificate of ISO9002 (1994) from AJA EQS (Thailand)
Ltd.

The company's businesses

主要产品
1. 机械式电能表和电子式电能表：泰国公司现在有月产30000台单相电能表，3000台三相电能表的能力。主要有机械式单，三相电能表，电子式单，三相多功能电能表（TOU），预付费电子单，三相电能表等，具体的技术参数可以按照客户的要求生产。该类产品是公司的主要产品，其关键部件都由华立集团提供，产品获得荷兰的KEMA实验室的型式报告证书，已经在泰国当地大范围使用，同时该产品出口到附近国家，市场反应良好。
Electricity meters: Our
company has the production capability of 30,000 units single-phase
electricity meters and 3,000 units three-phase electricity meters
per month. The products including: induction meter (single-phase
and three-phase), electronic meter (single-phase and three-phase),
Three phase multi-functions electronic meter (TOU), prepayment
electronic meter (single-phase and three-phase) and so on, some
detail specification can be adjusted according to the requirements
of customer. The key parts of meters are supplied by the parent
company and some products got the type certificate from KEMA
Netherlands, the products were used widely in Thailand and exported
to the neighbor countries. And now our products have got good
reputation in the power company or power authorities.
2. AMR软件抄表系统：随着技术的不断进步和市场的变化，公司推出了先进的自动抄表系统，该AMR系统可以通过电力线（PLC）或者GSM，GPRS网络进行远程的抄表作业。该系统准确率高，稳定性好。从而避免电力局工作人员徒步到现场抄表的麻烦。
AMR software system: Our
company introduced the advanced Automatic Metering Reading system
in Thailand market along with the technology innovation and
the changing of market. This system can remotely reading the
information of the electricity meters through the PLC (Power
Line Carrier) or GSM, GPRS network. The system is high accurate
and reliable, and it even can control the state of electricity
meters. It can save the labor to reading the meter in the site
for power company or power authorities. And the trial in PEA
was got the recognition from the PEA.
3. 低压电力产品：公司从多元化考虑，在2001开始，从国内母公司引进多种低压电器产品，主要有断路器，开关，插座，节能灯和医疗保健用品。产品大都是由国内华立集团公司或其子公司制造，其生产工序，工艺技术，质量控制都在集团质量保证体系下有效进行。部分产品已经以OEM的形式在泰国大量销售。
Low
Voltage Electrical products: Considering the view of multi-products,
since 2001,the company introduced many kinds of electrical products
into Thailand market such as: Circuit Breaker, Switch, Socket,
energy-saving lamp and the health protection products. Most
of the products are made by our parent company or its subcompanies.
And the process, technics, quality are under control of the
parent company's quality assurance system. Some products have
already sold widely in the mode of "OEM" in Thailand.
