中国中化集团公司（简称"中化公司"）是国务院国有资产监督管理委员会管理的国有重要骨干企业，其前身为中国化工进出口总公司。
Sinochem
Corporation (a.k.a. Sinochem) is a key state-owned enterprise
under the management of the State-owned Assets Supervision and
Administration Commission of the State Council. Its predecessor
is China National Chemicals Import & Export Corporation.
在五十余年的风雨历程中，中化公司致力于为国家经济建设和社会发展贡献力量，逐步发展成为在石油、化肥、化工领域实施全球化运作的国际企业集团。目前，中化公司是中国四大国家石油公司之一，也是中国最大的化肥进口商和磷复肥生产商，"中化"（SINOCHEM）品牌在全球业界享有良好的声誉。
Over
more than fifty years, Sinochem has been committed to making
contributions to economic and social progress and gradually
grown into an international enterprise group engaged in oil,
fertilizer and chemicals industries. At present Sinochem is
one of the four major state-owned oil companies and the largest
fertilizer importer and phosphorus and compound fertilizer manufacturer
in China. The brand name of Sinochem enjoys worldwide prestige.
1998年以来，中化公司按照社会主义市场经济发展的要求，以企业价值提升为导向，站在市场高端和科技发展前沿，积极探索传统外贸企业转型的道路，全面实施管理改善工程，大力推进市场化发展战略，促进了企业面貌的根本转变。
Since 1998, with
the view of maximizing corporate value, Sinochem has been exploring
ways of transforming a traditional foreign trade company. The
launch of management improvement project and the implementation
of market-guided strategy have brought about fundamental changes
to the company.

Up to now it has established and keeps
improving an internal control system with risk control as the
core. Through operational innovation and upstream and downstream
expansion, Sinochem has formed a globally synchronized industrial
chain integrating resources control, R&D, production, foreign
trade and distribution. While focusing on the development of
core businesses, Sinochem has made advances in the fields of
finance, logistics and hi-tech investment. The core competitiveness
and sustainability of the company keep increasing, and the business

Faced with the
opportunities created by globalization and the strategy of
the Chinese government to build a fairly rich society, Sinochem

经营范围
中国中化集团公司驻泰国代表处是中国中化集团公司在泰国的派出机构，代表处设立20余年来，与泰国石油、石化、塑料、化工、橡胶、化肥生产企业和进出口商保持着长期良好的贸易关系。2003年中国中化集团公司在泰国的贸易额达到11,234万美元，其中进口9,975万美元，出口1,259万美元。进出口贸易额中不包括第三国贸易额。
The Representative Office of Sinochem Corporation
in Thailand is a regional office of Sinochem Corporation in
Bangkok, Thailand. We maintain very good relationship with Thai
producers, importers and exporters of oil, petrochemicals, plastics,
chemicals, rubber and fertilizer and so on since the representative
office was established 20 years ago.
The total import and export volume of Sinochem in 2003 amounted
to USD 112.34 million, among which import was USD 99.76 million
and export USD 12.59 million. International trade was not included.
