中国建筑工程总公司 （简称“中建总公司”）

　　中国建筑工程总公司组建于一九八二年，其前身包括最早成立于1957年的中国建筑工程公司。
　　中国建筑工程总公司是中国最大的建筑集团企业和中国最大的国际工程承包商，是中国国务院直接管理的44家大型的国有骨干企业之一（排名第16位）。公司注册资本为10亿元人民币（约合1.15亿美元）。主要承担国内外土木工程和建筑工程的勘察、设计、安装、咨询、房地产经营、装饰工程、雕塑壁画、实业贸易、对外经济援助项目、技术进出口业务、对外派遣各类工程、生产及服务行业的劳务人员。
　　公司现有8个直属工程局，7个勘察设计研究院，50余家一级全资子公司和控股公司，并在世界51个国家和地区设立了58个驻外经营机构。
　　目前，公司已连续21年进入世界225家国际最大承包商排行榜（最新排名第16位）；2000年被评为世界十大房屋承建商第六名；连续9年被评为中国500家最大服务企业国际经济合作榜首；公司总部及下属70余家单位通过了ISO9000系列质量标准认证。

　　CSCEC was first established in 1957 under the name of China Construction Engineering Corporation. The Company was restructured in 1982 and renamed China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC).
　　 CSCEC, the largest construction and engineering firm and the world renowned international building contractor in China , reports directly to the China State Council. The company has a paid-up capital of RMB 1,000 million (approximately USD 115 million), and has been engaged in the business operation covering the prospecting, design, installation, consultation, real estate, decoration, sculpture and mural art, industry and trade, foreign economic cooperation, import/export of technology and the supply of labour of all trades, in addition to the civil works at home and abroad.
　　 CSCEC has, stationed in China , 8 affiliated construction companies, 7 prospecting/design institutes and 50 fully-owned and holding subsidiaries, and has established 58 overseas business offices in 51 countries and regions.
　　 CSCEC, at present, has been ranked as one of the 225 world's top international contractors for 21 years in succession currently ranking No .16 in total turnover. 中国建筑工程总公司驻泰国经理部

　　中建驻泰国经理部直属于总公司北京总部，是总公司最有成效的驻外机构之一。泰国经理部正式组建于1983年，但从1980年起已开展业务。1987年，经理部承建了清迈府迈光农业灌溉发展项目的2个水坝，合同额843百万泰币，这是泰国当时最大的水坝项目，得到了泰国国王的高度关注和支持。通过与当地承包商的合作，经理部还承建了一些水电站和灌溉项目。1998年，经理部与其他公司联营承建了八世皇桥项目（合同额 2,720,000,000铢）。

China State Construction Engineering Corporation Thailand Branch (CSCEC Thailand Branch)

　　CSCEC Thailand Branch reports directly to the CSCEC Head Office in Beijing . It is one of CSCEC's most successful foreign operations. The Thailand branch was established in 1983, but CSCEC's operations here commenced in 1980. In 1987, CSCEC Thailand Branch was awarded a the contract to build two dams of the Mae Kuang Irrigetion Agriculture Development Project in Chiang Mai, with a contract the value of USD 34 million. It was the largest earth dam project in Thailand at the time and was highly visible given its size and the support given to it by His Majesty the King of Thailand. In cooperation with reputable local contractors. CSCEC Thailand Branch had been awarded a number of contracts for construction of dam & irrigation projects. In 1998, CSCEC Thailand Branch was awarded contract to construct Rama 8 Cable-Stayed Bridge Project with a contract value of Thai bath.

　　为扩大中建泰国经理部的经营范围， 1990年7月成立了中国建筑工程（泰国）有限公司。
　　中建（泰国）有限公司的注册资本为2亿泰币，主营土建工程，同时从事贸易和地产开发等业务。自成立起来，中建（泰国）有限公司已在泰国完成了许多大型项目，如莎兰斋公寓、亚玛花园公寓、依时达大厦项目、宾诰城项目（2栋38层公寓），泰国卫生部诺帕腊医院7层门诊楼及曼谷市政府新办公楼第1期。
　　现在，中建（泰国）有限公司是曼谷市政府新办公楼第2期项目的总承包商（合同额1,069,880,000铢，37层，56,000m2）。2004年7月，中建（泰国）有限公司和中建泰国经理部联营体签约承包曼谷市南外环路项目第4和第5标段 ( 合同额 3,832,181,000铢，包括5.235公里长高架公路和两座立交桥 ) 。

　　China State Construction Engineering ( Thailand ) Company Limited (CSCEC Thailand) was established in July 1990, and to expend the scope of the operation of CSCEC Thailand Branch.
　　 This subsidiary of CSCEC is incorporated in Thailand with a capital of 200 million bath, And focus mainly on construction business. In addition, the company is also engaged in trading of construction materials and equipment, and development.
　　 Since its estabilichmen the company has undertaken several major projects in Thailand . Arch as, construction of Saranjai Mansion which was completed early 1992, Amar Garden Apartment, Esta Tower Project, Pinklao City Project (2 buildings of 38 floors Condominium,, 7-Storey Outpatient Building of Nopparathajathanee Hospital, and Bangkok Metropolitan Administration Office Building (I)
　　 The company is currently contractor for Bangkok Metropolitan Administration Office Building (II), a 37-storey office building, with a built of alone of 56,000 square metres. In July 2004, the Joint Venture of China State Construction Engineering (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and CSCEC Thailand Branch was awarded contract No.4 & No.5 of Southern Outer Bangkok Ring Road (Contract amount 3,832 Million Baht, Viaduct 5.235 km and 2 intersections).
