总部设立在上海的春秋国旅,成立于1981年,是一家综合性旅游企业，业务涉及旅游、酒店预订、机票、会议、展览、商务、因私出入境、体育赛事等行业，自1994年至今连续9年获中国国家旅游局排名的国内旅游全国第一,被授予上海市旅行社中唯一著名商标企业。
春秋国旅在上海有五十个连锁店，在北京、广州、西安、沈阳和三亚等31个国内大中城市设有全资公司，在美国、泰国、英国、德国、日本、澳大利亚和香港等7个境外全资公司。2001年，包机三千余航次；2002年，包机近四千航次。2003年受非典影响，仍包机近四千架航次，上座率达99%。尤为令人瞩目的是,上海春秋国旅于2004年4月获得国家民航总局批准,筹建春秋航空公司,成为中国首家获准筹建航空公司的旅行社。春秋国旅设有严格的质量监督管理机制，诚信经营，坚持"99＋0＝0"和"每团必访"的优质服务质量观。由于春秋国旅在企业经营、管理和发展方面取得了令人瞩目的成绩，因此十多年以来连续被授予"上海文明单位"的光荣称号，获得上海市A类纳税信用单位以及上海市"守合同、重信用"单位等荣誉称号。
Founded in 1981, Spring International has
been engaged in a diverse business activities, including travel,
hotel, flight, conference & exhibition, sports & games,
real estate, trade and transportation, etc. Since 1994, Spring
International has been doing so well in domestic tours that
it has been commended as the No.1 travel agency in domestic
tours in the country by China National Tourism Administration
for 9 consecutive years, and awarded the only famous trade mark
enterprises in the travel agency of Shanghai. Spring International
has established a network of branch offices in 31 major cities
within China including Hong Kong and world-wide wholly-owned
offices in America, Thailand, England, Germany, Australia and
Japan, 50 retail outlets in Shanghai and the surrounding areas,
totally linked up by Intranet. In 2001, more than 3,000 voyages
of chartered plane; In 2002, nearly 4,000 voyages of chartered
plane; Influenced by SARS in 2003, still nearly 4,000 voyages
of chartered plane, the popular rate was up to 99%. Particularly
attracting people's attention, Spring International has been
the first travel agency in China getting permission to establish
the airline, Spring Airlines, in April of 2004 by CAAC. Spring
